  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    • Great analytical and math skills
    • Incredible problem solving abilities
    • Ability to collaborate with many other teams
    • Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
    • MBA or Master's in engineering preferred
    • Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
    • Ability to give constructive criticism
    • Ability to make decisions quickly

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Forecast hiring needs, particularly by Analysing manpower gaps or as and when functional heads report Manpower requirements. Design Job descriptions and post job ads to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions On-board and train new hires Calculate and report on employee turnover ( Monthly, Quarterly, and annually) Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment Train team leaders on performance evaluation techniques Liaise with recruitment vendors to fill the key profiles / Niche profiles as per the requirements Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand Develop new means and ways of smart work and engage employees in the work to the core Maintain physical and digital employee records Inculcate an employee-employer friendly culture and conduct employee engagement activities and maintain work-life quality. Promote a participative HR culture in the organization. Active participation and implementation of PMS Identifying training needs Ensure all SOPs are implemented To address grievances and concerns related to employees Ensure PF enrolments, ESI Calculation, Gratuity and Bonus payments are on time and as per the compliance of HR policy of the company

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail and manufacturing industries.
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various Junior / Mid -Senior levels
    • Good understanding of labor legislation including regulations about flexible types of employment
    • Good knowledge of Employee statutory benefits.
    • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
    • Candidate should have MBA-HR/ MHRM
    • Preferably candidates who can relocate to Thrissur can apply
